Chef Alex comes out of a hotel family in third generation and has worked her entire live in the food and beverage business. Her first job after college, was in Chicago as the youngest manager for the first Park Hyatt in their Restaurant NOMI, as inn room dining assistant manager. Throughout her college education she worked in several restaurant kitchens and continued until today to cook and create new dishes.
